Robert Verant,
CFO
Robert Verant started working for Elk Cove in 2002 as a bookkeeper and over the last 10+ years has worked up to the newly formed CFO position. He studied accounting and business administration at Pacific University in nearby Forest Grove and graduated in 2002. He spends most of his free time with his family, enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and playing baseball (yes hardball) for a local men’s league where he runs a team sponsored by Elk Cove.
Theresa Scamperino,
Senior Accountant & Compliance Expert
Theresa joined the Elk Cove Team in January 2023. She has over 25 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry working for a variety of establishments from restaurants, wineries, wine distributors and wine shops, including owning her own wine shop and cheese bar in Denver, CO. In July 2022, upon the completion of an Enology Certification from WSU, she decided to pursue her passion for cold-climate wines and move to the Willamette Valley. She has always admired the organic community that exists between the wineries in Oregon and she dreamed of being a part of it. In her free time, Theresa loves spending time with her family, cooking, hiking and snowboarding.
