Winemaker and Owner Adam Campbell will team up with Chef Carl to host a winemaker dinner at Minam Lodge on Friday July 19th. This beautiful lodge is located in the heart of the Eagle Cap Wilderness in Oregon’s Wallowa Mountains. Surrounded by over 500 miles of scenic trails for hiking and horseback riding, guidebooks call a trip to the Minam river the experience of a lifetime.

Dinner will be presented by Chef Carl Krause and features local produce, much of it grown on the property, alongside pairings of Elk Cove wines.
