It’s BURGER MONTH at Elk Cove!

Every day in March, 10:30 am to 4:30 pm

We’ll have a new burger each week featuring Painted Hills beef, a homemade bun & Chef Amy’s pickles. Paired with a glass of our Single Vineyard Pinot Noir for $25. All burgers are hand-ground Painted Hills beef on our homemade brioche buns.

Week I – March 1 – 6
“Pinot Burger”

Topped with creamy Morbier cheese
Black currant beurre rouge sauce. Crispy shallots.
Paired with our  2017 Mt. Richmond Pinot Noir
Week II – March 7 – 15
“The Champignon”

Topped with crispy bacon & wild mushroom duxelles
Rogue Oregon Blue Cheese
Paired with our 2017 Five Mountain Pinot NoirWeek III – March 16 – 22
“The Big Cove”

topped with American cheese
Lettuce, homemade pickles & our secret burger sauce
Paired with our 2017 La Boheme Pinot NoirWeek IV – March 23 – 31
“The Tex Rex”

Topped with roasted green chili
Pepper Jack cheese & spicy aioli
Pairied with our 2017 Goodrich Pinot Noir
