Minam River Lodge at Elk Cove
April 21 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm$100 - $125
A sit-down feast with cuisine by Chef Carl Krause of the Minam River Lodge & wine pairings poured by Elk Cove winemaker Adam Campbell.
This dinner is a parallel event to our Winemaker Dinner at the Minam River Lodge on August 24th. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy Chef Carl’s farm-to-mountains cuisine during the lodge’s off-season.
“The best food starts with the best ingredients. The best ingredients come from people who love what they do and are passionately committed to it. It takes a lot of work to raise a pig or grow beautiful gem lettuce, and it’s my life’s work to take these beautiful delicious things and turn them into a simple but elegant experience that we can all enjoy.” – Chef Carl Krause
About the Minam Lodge:
Nestled in the heart of Oregon’s spectacular Eagle Cap Wilderness, the Minam River Lodge offers a unique escape in one of the state’s most beautiful natural areas. This former beloved hunting lodge has been completely rebuilt as a cozy wilderness hideaway, far from civilization or roads. Guests can reach us by a pleasant 8.5-mile hike, a horseback ride that we can help you arrange, or a quick charter flight to our private grass airstrip from the nearby town of Enterprise.
