Our 2015 Brut Rosé was awarded 92 points by  Wine & Spirits Magazine and was featured in their “Year’s Best Summer Sparklers.”

“This is Elk Cove’s second vintage of a sparkling rosé, made with fruit from some of the oldest vines on the property. It starts off with a soft and elegant mousse and a whiff of lees and plum juice. The flavors are juicy and linear, with plenty of acidity to balance the fruit. It’s ripe and seductive, with a mildly earthy finish.” – Patrick J. Comiskey
