COLLECTORS RESERVE PINOT NOIR
This wine is crafted from six of our best once-filled barrels, this includes 4 barrels from our Roosevelt Vineyard and two from our Mount Richmond East Vineyard. Only those most representative of the Collectors Club profile are carefully blended to create a balanced, intensely fruit-forward Oregon Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTES
With great purity of fruit, this wine opens with candied cherry, strawberry jam and woodsy wafts of sandalwood and cedar. Black cherry is primary on the seamless palate, interwoven with hints of nutmeg, clove, leather and chocolate.
ROOSEVELT PINOT NOIR
Named for our local subspecies of elk, Roosevelt was planted in 1993 and is our most prized vineyard site. A four-acre high-density (2100 vines per acre) planting situated just south of the winery, Roosevelt’s south-facing hillside slopes to a steep precipice overlooking the magnificent Williams Canyon.

TASTING NOTES
With brooding dark cherry, pink peppercorn and pipe tobacco aromatics, this wine is concentrated and full with Italian plum, blackberry bramble and ripe raspberry on the palate alongside savory notes of clove, dark chocolate and orange pekoe tea.

TASTING NOTES
A vibrant nose of ripe raspberry, cherry liqueur and tobacco introduces this expansive wine with wafts of rose and cinnamon. On the dense palate, blackberry bramble, black currant and clove lead into a long and lingering finish.

RESERVE PINOT GRIS
Our Reserve Pinot Gris represents the best of our hand-harvested fruit from our Five Mountain Vineyard, where we have old-vine Pinot Gris dating back to 1978! Planted in a high-density format, all our Pinot Gris undergoes shoot and crop thinning for low yields to maximize quality and concentration.

Whole cluster pressed & cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks

TASTING NOTES
Intense aromas of baked apple tart and orange blossom are complemented by subtle sweet cream and ginger spice, while the palate presents juicy and rounded flavors of nectarine and lemon curd leading into orange marmalade and vanilla bean on the finish.
GOODRICH PINOT NOIR
Goodrich is a 21 acre vineyard outside the town of Yamhill on the same marine sedimentary soil as our Winery Estate and Mount Richmond Vineyards. Planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a high-density format, we purchased Goodrich in 2014 and continue to be impressed by the quality of fruit from this young vineyard.

TASTING NOTES
Richly aromatic with cherry pie, pink peppercorn and caramel on the nose, this wine opens bold and luscious with red cherry and fruit leather followed by notes of tangerine peel, oregano and lavender on the dry, lingering finish.
CLAY COURT PINOT NOIR
The gentle southeast-facing slopes of Clay Court lay in the picturesque Parrett Mountain area. Its dark red Jory soil brings out signature red fruit components in Pinot Noir. Home to Elk Cove’s founders, Pat and Joe Campbell, just outside their door is the namesake tennis court and their enormous vegetable garden.

TASTING NOTES
Lush and open with fresh raspberry, nutmeg and rose petal aromatics, this wine is juicy and supple with flavors of mixed berry pie, black cherry, cedar and mulling spices.

This wine is made with fruit from our Winery Estate, Mount Richmond, Five Mountain, Clay Court, Goodrich and Windhill Vineyards. We pick the best blocks to create our ideal vision of a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir with freshness of fruit and concentration of flavor.

TASTING NOTES
With cherry cordial, dried strawberries and dark chocolate on the nose, this fruit-forward wine’s cherry, cranberry and black currant flavors lead into a supple finish of spiced tea, orange peel and leather.
FIVE MOUNTAIN PINOT NOIR
On a steep southeast slope in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, Five Mountain Vineyard has a view of five volcanoes in the Cascade Range. The original Pommard clone Pinot Noir was planted in 1978, and makes for pretty, floral wines with a deep, savory base. Five Mountain is home to winemaker Adam Campbell.

TASTING NOTES
An abundant nose of blueberry compote, five spice and cedar is made more complex by notes of forest floor, browned butter, and sage. The earthy palate features black plum and dried blueberries among silky tannins and notes of caramel, rose petal and baking spice.
MOUNT RICHMOND PINOT NOIR
Fruit from Mount Richmond Vineyard is fermented in small, temperature-controlled steel tanks and punched down twice daily. After 10 months of aging in French oak, only the barrels that are most representative of the Mount Richmond profile are carefully blended to create a big, luscious Oregon Pinot Noir.

MOUNT RICHMOND BRUT
Our Mount Richmond Brut is cool-fermented in neutral French oak puncheons using a traditional Champagne yeast. We put 40% of this wine through malolactic fermentation to lessen acidity and lend a creamy texture to the wine.

TASTING NOTES
This rich, vibrant sparkling wine is perfumed with ripe pear, biscotti, citrus blossom and crushed juniper. The full, round palate boasts creamy bubbles with flavors of yellow cherry, golden apple and marzipan and lighter notes of chamomile and seafoam.
LA BOHÈME BRUT ROSÉ
Our La Bohème Brut Rosé is a traditional method sparkling wine fermented in steel tanks to retain its fruit-forward aromatics. At 800 feet elevation, La Bohème Vineyard experiences the slow ripening ideal for intensity of fruit in Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTES
Peach-pink in color with fine, assertive bubbles, this sparkling wine leads with fresh aromatics of strawberry shortcake, muddled mint and pink lady apples, well-matched by flavors of underripe strawberry and fresh-cut peach that lead into a delicate finish of citrus peel and candied ginger.
GOODRICH BLANC DE BLANCS
Our Goodrich Blanc de Blancs is cool-fermented in steel tanks using a traditional Champagne yeast to retain the bright freshness of a traditional Blanc de Blancs.

TASTING NOTES
Bright and crisp with enticing aromas of apricot, honey and fresh brioche, this sparkling wine also has a light waft of white flowers. The fine, creamy bubbles introduce flavors of white nectarine, crisp green apple and mint tea, followed by a light touch of beeswax and lime peel on the finish.
