RESERVE PINOT NOIR
We only make a Reserve in exceptional years, selecting less than 1% of our Pinot Noir to make the best wine we can imagine, balancing diverse components from our best vineyard blocks. This wine is crafted from three barrels from our Mount Richmond East Vineyard, two from Five Mountain Vineyard, two from Roosevelt Vineyard, one from Clay Court Vineyard, and one from our Old Vines at the Winery Estate.

TASTING NOTES
A seamless nose of fresh orchard cherries, nutmeg, rose petals and black tea opens for a juicy, broad palate of ripe tannins, crushed wild blackberries, fir bough and tobacco.
ROOSEVELT PINOT NOIR
Named for our local subspecies of elk, Roosevelt was planted in 1993 and is our most prized vineyard site. A four-acre high-density (2100 vines per acre) planting situated just south of the winery, Roosevelt’s south-facing hillside slopes to a steep precipice overlooking the magnificent Williams Canyon.

Intense aromatics of black raspberry, cola and cedar introduce this big, broad wine with generous cherry cordial and black plum fruit, complemented by elements of spicy bay leaf, wet stone and dried tobacco.
CLAY COURT PINOT NOIR
The gentle southeast-facing slopes of Clay Court lay in the picturesque Parrett Mountain area. Its dark red Jory soil brings out signature red fruit components in Pinot Noir. Home to Elk Cove’s founders, Pat and Joe Campbell, just outside their door is the namesake tennis court and their enormous vegetable garden.

TASTING NOTES
Still juicy but turning toward tertiary character, this wine opens with aromas of clove, leather, and dried cherry. The palate has a silky texture retaining bright pie cherry and raspberry jam flavors alongside woodsy cedarwood, baking spice and black tea.

ESTATE RIESLING
Our Riesling Estate is made from hand-picked fruit from three of our estate vineyards: our Winery Estate, Five Mountain and Windhill. Our Riesling vines are some of the oldest in Oregon, with our Estate and Windhill vines dating from 1975. These older vines give us fruit with a delightful complexity not often seen in domestic Rieslings.

With peppery, floral aromas of jasmine and grapefruit, this bright, juicy wine features tangerine and lime flavors alongside a honeyed, confectionary note that leads into a fresh finish.
MOUNT RICHMOND PINOT NOIR
Fruit from Mount Richmond Vineyard is fermented in small, temperature-controlled steel tanks and punched down twice daily. After 10 months of aging in French oak, only the barrels that are most representative of the Mount Richmond profile are carefully blended to create a big, luscious Oregon Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTES
The intense nose of plum, macerated raspberries and blackberry bramble features spicy notes of peppermint candy and salted licorice, while the palate beckons with black cherry, wild strawberries and blackberry alongside rich black tea tannins.

TASTING NOTES
Red cherry, strawberry compote and sandalwood introduce this bright, luscious wine with flavors of rhubarb pie and cherry cordial. A gentle cinnamon note leads the baking spices on the long finish.
WINDHILL PINOT NOIR
Elk Cove has produced single vineyard pinots from this beautiful hillside vineyard in Banks, Oregon since 1979. Windhill Vineyard was planted near the Hartwick Reservoir in 1974 by the Reece family, Oregon winegrowing pioneers, and was purchased by Elk Cove in 1996. South-facing slopes, volcanic soils, mid-level elevation (500 feet) and low yields make Windhill a superior vineyard site. We have farmed this vineyard using completely organic practices since 1999. Our Windhill Pinot Noir is produced from 4 acres of the oldest Pommard clone Pinot Noir vines on the property.

TASTING NOTES
With blueberry pie, rosemary and bitter orange on the nose, this wine’s soft tannins complement its woodsy flavors of blackberry, plum skin, and a gentle herbal note of marjoram and dried hay.
FIVE MOUNTAIN CHARDONNAY
On a steep southeast slope in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, Five Mountain Vineyard has a view of five volcanoes in the Cascade Range. The original Pommard clone Pinot Noir was planted in 1978, and makes for pretty, floral wines with a deep, savory base. Five Mountain is home to winemaker Adam Campbell.

A pretty nose of pear blossom, lemon meringue and ginger introduces this creamy wine lush with flavors of white peach, golden delicious apple, and kumquat with notes of crème fraiche and honey candy on the finish.

MOUNT RICHMOND BRUT
Our Mount Richmond Brut is cool-fermented in neutral French oak puncheons using a traditional Champagne yeast. We put 40% of this wine through malolactic fermentation to lessen acidity and lend a creamy texture to the wine.

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
TASTING NOTES
This rich, vibrant sparkling wine is perfumed with ripe pear, biscotti, citrus blossom and crushed juniper. The full, round palate boasts creamy bubbles with flavors of yellow cherry, golden apple and marzipan, alongside lighter notes of chamomile and seafoam.
LA BOHÈME BRUT ROSÉ
Our La Bohème Brut Rosé is a traditional method sparkling wine fermented in steel tanks to retain its fruit-forward aromatics. At 800 feet elevation, La Bohème Vineyard experiences the slow ripening ideal for intensity of fruit in Pinot Noir.

100% Pinot Noir
TASTING NOTES
Brilliant coral with vibrant, fine bubbles, this sparkling wine has a light aroma of strawberry shortcake and honeydew melon. The palate is expressive and bright with flavors of raspberry and lemon bar leading into grippy lime rind and rhubarb on the finish.
GOODRICH BLANC DE BLANCS
Our Goodrich Blanc de Blancs is cool-fermented in steel tanks using a traditional Champagne yeast to retain the bright freshness of a traditional Blanc de Blancs.

TASTING NOTES
Pale gold with very small bubbles, the aromatics of dried apricot, shortbread and white flowers introduce a stony, opulent palate of pear, green apple and almond ending with honey and key lime pie on the zesty finish.
