RESERVE PINOT GRIS
Our Reserve Pinot Gris represents the best of our hand-harvested fruit from our Five Mountain Vineyard, where we have old-vine Pinot Gris dating back to 1978! Planted in a high-density format, all our Pinot Gris undergoes shoot and crop thinning for low yields to maximize quality and concentration.

Whole cluster pressed & cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks
Total case production: 192 cases
TASTING NOTES
Sweetly perfumed with pear, honeysuckle, and sugar cookie on the nose, this full-bodied wine is lush, almost oily, and intensely fruit-forward. Peach cobbler and mandarin orange on the palate are complemented by a savory minerality and lime peel on the finish.

OLD SCHOOL PINOT NOIR
Lots of Pinot Noir are selected for this wine based on the ripeness of the stems. When ripe, stems impart spice and structure and intensify fruit-forward aromatics. For this wine, we included pinot noir from three vineyards: Clay Court 66%, La Boheme 22%, and Five Mountain 12%.

MOUNT RICHMOND CHARDONNAY
Our Chardonnay is hand-picked, then gently whole-cluster pressed to avoid bitterness. The juice is fermented in large puncheons and a mix of neutral and new oak barrels. We age in barrel for a full 12 months with some stirring on the lees after malolactic fermentation. This is our classic take on Chardonnay, one of the original varietals we planted in 1974 and grew for over 20 years.
