“It has a well-defined bouquet with precise raspberry, wild strawberry and wild mint scents, but what I appreciate here is the restraint that it shows. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, well-judged acidity, silky smooth in texture, with hints of dark shocolate infusing the plush black fruit, a dash of white pepper toward the finish.
