Our 2018 La Bohème Brut Rosé was featured in The Oregonian’s “5 bottles of bodacious bubbles to make the New Year sparkle“
“Elk Cove recently released a trio of excellent single vineyard méthode traditionelle sparkling wines from the 2018 vintage. This gorgeous 100% pinot noir sparkler is my favorite.
Bubbles bounce around the glass like tiny tots jacked up on holiday cookies. The wine’s hunger-pang-inducing aromas of warm sourdough bread, raspberries and Meyer lemons lead to bright red cherry and lemon pastille flavors.
The La Bohème Brut Rosé is $60. Head straight to Elk Cove’s tasting room to buy your bottles.” – Michael Alberty
