At Elk Cove, we love our sparkling wines and are excited to be a founding member of Method Oregon. From July 24-26, join us in the tasting room for a special Method Oregon wine flight, paired with three brie-style cheeses from our friends at Cowbell in Portland. These pairings will elevate the sparkling wines and delight the senses.
