Tromp around the Oregon wilderness with a real truffle dog team! You will learn truffle hunting do's and don’ts, storage/care of truffles, Oregon truffle history and how to use those delicious little nuggets in your own kitchen. Afterward, lunch will be served in a covered area by a master local chef. They’ll cook fresh and local fare over a fire on site and incorporate freshly harvested truffles. The meal will be paired with Elk Cove wines.

For April 11-12, "dive" into our new spring cheese board with some brand new flights with built-in side-by-side tastings for the first time in the Tasting Room. Our resident cheese monger, Adam Foster, has curated some cheeses from near and far: fresh spring milk from Petaluma, an "OG" cheddar of 1540, and a very special "pfefferkasse" from a highly regarded Michelin-Two Star restaurant in Germany.
