About Shipping Wine
OCTOBER IS COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING MONTH!
Order a case of wine (12 or more bottles) and the ground shipping is on us. Your case discount of 15% applies (25% for club members.)
Details: Complimentary shipping is available for ground shipping on all full or mixed case (12 bottle) orders. Complimentary Shipping may be combined with Roosevelt Club Discounts but coupons may not be combined. Some exclusions apply (gift packages). Some states excluded by law. What’s the best time to ship wine ground?
The best times of year to ship wine via ground are spring and fall months during mild weather. Winter and summer temperatures can cause delays because we will not ship your wine ground when temperatures at your destination or anywhere en route are likely to damage your wine. We want your wine to arrive in peak condition!

Gifts to Arrive by Thanksgiving (November 26)

Gifts to Arrive by Christmas (December 25)
♦ Order by December 10 for ground shipping. Timing of ground shipping is subject to weather delays.

Our offices and shipping providers are closed December 24th, 25th and January 1st. Expect shipping delays for orders placed on those days.

Warm temperatures can damage wine!
To protect your wine, we will hold ground shipments if temperatures en route or at your destination exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Need your wine sooner? Choose expedited shipping method at checkout (UPS and FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day PM).
We are happy to hold your wine at no charge until the weather cools enough to ship via ground, but sometimes this means waiting until September.
