Elk Cove’s Distributor Retreat is an annual showcase of our winery, vineyards, wines and staff for top-performing members of the wine trade.

Every year, Elk Cove Vineyards and the Campbell family put together a busy, fun-packed, informative weekend specially crafted for our Distributor partners. 30 hand-selected wine professionals from different wholesalers around the US and international markets arrive in Oregon for a weekend of tastings, seminars and tours.

Guests are busy from sun up to sun down, experiencing the best that Oregon has to offer, including our great outdoors! Learn about the history of the Oregon Wine Industry and Elk Cove Vineyards with winery and vineyard tours, a salmon bake dinner, swimming at the vineyard pool, rafting the Columbia River Gorge, and much more!

The Vintages Resort

Attendees spend two nights in their own vintage trailer reminiscent of the Campbell family’s origins on the Estate property.  Meet the entire Elk Cove team in spectacular vineyard settings as we taste library wines and new vintages with delicious, Oregon-centric meals. We spend time in many vineyards as well as the winery that sits on the original 50-year-old Estate property.

To cap off the weekend, we’ll enjoy a full day of play in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.

Gorge Adventure

Participants will return to their markets with enhanced knowledge and first-hand stories to help them sell Oregon wines. You’ll have 30 new friends from around the country and memories that last. Distributor Retreat is typically the first week in August. Ask your Elk Cove rep for details/incentives!
