“Aromas of grilled herbs, roasted cherries and toasted spices. The palate is equally spicy and smoky, showing savory undertones of soil and shiitake mushrooms. Medium-bodied and mouth-filling with espresso-like tannins. Drink after 2028.” – Courtney Humiston
