Our 2015 Brut Rosé received an excellent 91 point rating from Wine Enthusiast. This is only the third sparkling wine we’ve produced at Elk Cove, so this review is a welcome sign that we are heading the right direction with our sparkling wines!
91 Elk Cove 2015 La Boheme Estate Grown Brut Rose (Yamhill-Carlton). “Sourced from the oldest vines of the estate’s La Boheme vineyard, this lush sparkler is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Its pretty strawberry shade matches the scents and flavors. With exceptional concentration and elegance, it seemingly gathers strength through its long, flavorful finish.” -Paul Gregutt
