B.S., Lewis and Clark College. Experiential training at Elk Cove since age three, grew up immersed in wines and vines. Began full time employment in 1994.

Travis Watson, Vineyard Manager, travis@elkcove.com

Previously vineyard manager at Ponzi Vineyards from 1995-2002. 1999 crush at Martinborough Vineyards in New Zealand. Began work at Elk Cove in summer 2002.

Heather Mackley, Assistant Winemaker, heather@elkcove.com

B.A., Adelaide University, 2003, Oenology. Previously worked at Elderton’s Wines in the Barossa Valley, Seresin’s Vineyards in Marlborough, and two Elk Cove harvests before coming to work at Elk Cove full time early in 2006.
