100% CHARDONNAY
Blanc de Blancs translates to “white from whites” meaning it is a white wine made from white grapes, often Chardonnay. Blanc de Blancs are typically linear with bright, citrus flavors.
Our Goodrich Blanc de Blancs is cool-fermented in steel tanks using a traditional Champagne yeast to retain the bright freshness of a traditional Blanc de Blancs. Residual sugar 2.4 g/L 195 cases made.
100% PINOT NOIR
Brut Rosé is a traditional style of pink sparkling wine made from red or black varietals such as Pinot Noir. Brut Rosé wines tend to be fruit-forward.
Our La Bohème Brut Rosé is a traditional method sparkling wine fermented in steel tanks to retain its fruit-forward aromatics.Residual sugar 3.6 g/L. 470 cases made.
66% PINOT NOIR 34% CHARDONNAY
Brut sparkling wines are often a traditional blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir finished in barrel for richness. Elk Cove was one of the first Oregon wineries to make a Brut sparkling wine in 1996.
Our Mount Richmond Brut is cool-fermented in neutral French oak puncheons using a traditional Champagne yeast. We put 40% of this wine through malolactic fermentation to lessen acidity and lend a creamy texture to the wine. Residual sugar 2.1 g/L. 194 cases made.
