On August 22nd, we’re partnering with our friends at Field + Vine Events to host a five-course dinner in Big Red, the winemaking space reserved for our Pinot Noir production. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with an Elk Cove wine, and the lineup will include selections from our library. In addition, Associate Winemaker Heather Perkin will lead a discussion on the process of Pinot Noir winemaking.
