This February 6th, join Elk Cove Winemaker/Owner Adam Campbell to explore pairing Oregon wines with Chef Daniel Bruce’s delightful New England cuisine at the Boston Harbor Hotel at Rowes Wharf.
This year’s winemaker dinner features our Soil Trilogy: three Single Vineyard Pinot Noirs served side by side, each grown on a different soil type. It’s a fascinating look at terroir and I’m sure we’ll all have opinions on which wine is the better pairing with Chef Daniel’s incredible hanger steak!
Also new this year, tickets are being sold by the table (2,4, or 6) to accommodate health and safety precautions. So get your group together and we’ll see you at the Boston Wine Festival. Cheers!
