Tromp around the Oregon wilderness with a real truffle dog team! You will learn truffle hunting do’s and don’ts, storage/care of truffles, Oregon truffle history and how to use those delicious little nuggets in your own kitchen.

Afterward, lunch will be served in a covered area by a master local chef. They’ll cook fresh and local fare over a fire on site and incorporate freshly harvested truffles. The meal will be paired with Elk Cove wines.
