Six of Oregon’s most esteemed winemakers comprise our “Style Council”. Join them, and moderator Patrick Comiskey, senior correspondent at Wine & Spirits, as they explore winemaking techniques that best express Oregon Chardonnay. Each winemaker takes a slightly different approach, resulting in a range of styles. Whether picking date, whole cluster fermentation, indigenous yeast, lees stirring, barrel – or no barrel, each has a different take on what contributes the most to their Chardonnay. Taste and listen as each member of our Style Council discusses their vision and how it comes to fruition.
