Join us for our Harvest Butchery Series with Zeph Shepard of Proletariat Butchery.
As we go through the first half of the lamb, you will learn how it all comes apart. The second half, you will sink a knife into the lamb and get some hands-on butchering time. This will be a rare and life changing experience! You will go home with meat for your larder and a renewed enthusiasm about lamb and all its deliciousness.
Class includes a meaty lunch served with selected Elk Cove wines.
