Dive into new spring cheeses at the Estate!

For April 11-12, “dive” into our new spring cheese board with some brand new flights with built-in side-by-side tastings for the first time in the Tasting Room. Our resident cheese monger, Adam Foster, has curated some cheeses from near and far: fresh spring milk from Petaluma, an “OG” cheddar of 1540, and a very special “pfefferkasse” from a highly regarded Michelin-Two Star restaurant in Germany. These cheeses are bound to please even the most discerning “curdhound”. Don’t miss it! Reservations not required, but HIGHLY recommended!
