We’re partnering with our friends at Saké One for a tiki-inspired happy hour! Come enjoy two saké-tini cocktails and Elk Cove current release wines with tasty Polynesian inspired pairings from Chef Amy Griffith.

Sake One, our local Saké brewery located just outside Forest Grove, OR  taps into the idyllic waters of Oregon’s Willamette Valley to brew pure, premium saké in a variety of styles. They’re also exclusive importers of premium saké and shochu from Japanese brewing partners Hakutsuru, Murai Family, Yoshinogawa, Sakémoto, Kasumi Tsuru, and Kibo.
