Explore the Elements of Chardonnay at the 14th annual Oregon Chardonnay Celebration at the Allison Inn & Spa. Over 60 producers will share their specially selected Chardonnay with you. While tasting, explore sensory exhibits to deepen your understanding of what makes Chardonnay, well, Chardonnay. The Allison’s culinary team, including executive chef Jack Strong, alongside featured guest chefs will prepare Chardonnay-friendly savory bites created from local ingredients to enhance your tasting experience.
Join us in the inland cove for an afternoon with wine producers new and old, up and coming, from near and far. Most participating wineries don’t have a dedicated tasting room, so this is a rare opportunity to taste their wines.
