RESERVE PINOT NOIR
We only make a Reserve in exceptional years, selecting less than 1% of our Pinot Noir to make the best wine we can imagine, balancing diverse components from our best vineyard blocks. This wine is crafted from four barrels from our La Boheme Vineyard, three from our Roosevelt Vineyard, and one from our Mount Richmond East Vineyard.
Willamette Valley AVA
Barrel Treatment: 10 months in French oak
Total case production: 132
TASTING NOTES
Powerful aromatics of cider apple, pie crust and spiced chocolate introduce a wine equally juicy and earthy with intense Bing cherry, forest floor and bittersweet chocolate drawn out by robust, dusty tannins on the lengthy finish.
GOODRICH PINOT NOIR
Goodrich is a 21 acre vineyard outside the town of Yamhill on the same marine sedimentary soil as our Winery Estate and Mount Richmond Vineyards. Planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a high-density format, we purchased Goodrich in 2014 and continue to be impressed by the quality of fruit from this young vineyard.

Richly aromatic with cherry pie, pink peppercorn and caramel on the nose, this wine opens bold and luscious with red cherry and fruit leather followed by notes of tangerine peel, oregano and lavender on the dry, lingering finish.
CLAY COURT PINOT NOIR
The gentle southeast-facing slopes of Clay Court lay in the picturesque Parrett Mountain area. Its dark red Jory soil brings out signature red fruit components in Pinot Noir. Home to Elk Cove’s founders, Pat and Joe Campbell, just outside their door is the namesake tennis court and their enormous vegetable garden.
