COLLECTORS RESERVE PINOT NOIR
This wine is crafted from four of our best once-filled barrels, this includes two barrels from our Roosevelt Vineyard and two from our Mount Richmond East Vineyard. Only those most representative of the Collectors Club profile are carefully blended to create a balanced, intensely fruit-forward Oregon Pinot Noir.
Willamette Valley AVA
Best opened 2026-2036
Barrel Treatment: 10 months in French oak
Total case production: 78 cases
TASTING NOTES
With a spicy nose of cinnamon, black licorice and raspberry, this wine has grippy, well-integrated tannins buttressing ripe flavors of black cherry and raspberry compote alongside green notes of cut grass and cedar.

OLD SCHOOL PINOT NOIR
Old School refers to the old way of doing things. Elk Cove co-founder Joe Campbell made many whole-cluster wines in the 1970s and 1980s, before we had a really good destemmer. Adam has recently adopted this “old school” method for some of our riper lots, notably Goodrich, but this Old School wine has an even greater percentage of whole-cluster Pinot Noir.
Willamette Valley AVA
Best opened 2024-2034
Barrel Treatment: 10 months in French oak
37% new oak / 62.5% whole cluster
Total case production: 200 cases

Goodrich is a 21 acre vineyard outside the town of Yamhill on the same marine sedimentary soil as our Winery Estate and Mount Richmond Vineyards. Planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a high-density format, we purchased Goodrich in 2014 and continue to be impressed by the quality of fruit from this young vineyard.

PINOT BLANC
The Willamette Valley has an ideal climate for Pinot Blanc, a delicate grape variety – enough sunlight and warmth for ripening, with cooler night temperatures that help retain varietal character. To preserve the freshness, our Pinot Blanc is whole-cluster pressed then fermented at very cool temperatures in small stainless steel tanks, all of which accentuates aromatics and enhances the richness and viscosity of the wine.
