COLLECTORS RESERVE PINOT NOIR
This wine is crafted from six of our best once-filled barrels, this includes two barrels from our Roosevelt Vineyard and two from our Mount Richmond East Vineyard. Only those most representative of the Collectors Club profile are carefully blended to create a balanced, intensely fruit-forward Oregon Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTES
With heaps of fruit on the nose, this wine bursts from the glass with aromas of cherry and blackberry compote. The broad, rounded palate has even more cherry, balanced by a cinnamon stick spice that leads into notes of forest floor, vanilla and cedar.



ROOSEVELT PINOT NOIR
Named for our local subspecies of elk, Roosevelt was planted in 1993 and is our most prized vineyard site. A four-acre high-density (2100 vines per acre) planting situated just south of the winery, Roosevelt’s south-facing hillside slopes to a steep precipice overlooking the magnificent Williams Canyon.

TASTING NOTES
Intensely perfumed with black cherry, rose petal and hickory-smoke, the palate bursts with black currant and cherry cola alongside savory notes of graham cracker and cinnamon stick. Robust, velvety tannins are balanced by pretty notes of violet and coriander.



MOUNT RICHMOND PINOT NOIR
Fruit from Mount Richmond Vineyard is fermented in small, temperature-controlled steel tanks and punched down twice daily. After 10 months of aging in French oak, only the barrels that are most representative of the Mount Richmond profile are carefully blended to create a big, luscious Oregon Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTES
Italian plum and blackberry bramble introduce this black-fruited wine with wafts of rose and croissant. The smooth, savory palate is replete with berry compote and black fig accompanied by powdered cocoa, nutmeg and cinnamon.

RESERVE PINOT GRIS
Our Reserve Pinot Gris represents the best of our hand-harvested fruit from our Five Mountain Vineyard, where we have old-vine Pinot Gris dating back to 1978! Planted in a high-density format, all our Pinot Gris undergoes shoot and crop thinning for low yields to maximize quality and concentration.

Whole cluster pressed & cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks

TASTING NOTES
A complex nose of apricot, white flowers and candied ginger introduces this intense wine bursting with fresh yellow apple, lemon meringue and lychee. The seamless, full palate is underscored by a slight salinity and delicate baking spice.



GOODRICH PINOT NOIR
Named for the Elk Cove founders’ favorite opera, La Bohème was planted in 1985 with cuttings from our original 1974 Pommard clone Pinot Noir. At 800 feet elevation, it’s one of the highest vineyards in the Willamette Valley, giving it stunning views of the Coast Range Mountains and a long, slow growing season perfect for complex flavors.

TASTING NOTES
Opening with aromas of plum skin, cedar chest and bergamot, this full-bodied wine is brimming with flavors of blueberry pie, quince paste and star anise, all supported by grainy, sueded leather tannins.



FOUNDERS BLOCK PINOT NOIR
As we neared Elk Cove’s 50th anniversary of growing grapes, our oldest vines were given the name “Founders Block.” These mossy, old vines were planted in 1974 by Pat and Joe Campbell and are still producing some of our very best fruit.

TASTING NOTES
With white peach, amareno cherry and vanilla on the nose, this wine is long and persistent with black plum, earthy walnut and notes of espresso and cinnamon on the finish.



WILLAMETTE VALLEY PINOT NOIR
This wine is made with fruit from our Winery Estate, Mount Richmond, Five Mountain, Clay Court, Goodrich and Windhill Vineyards. We pick the best blocks to create our ideal vision of a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir with freshness of fruit and concentration of flavor.

TASTING NOTES
With fresh Italian plum and strawberry-rhubarb pie on the nose, this wine opens with juicy black cherry and underripe strawberry leading into dusty tannins and notes of bitter chocolate, candied orange peel and five spice.



FIVE MOUNTAIN PINOT NOIR
On a steep southeast slope in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, Five Mountain Vineyard has a view of five volcanoes in the Cascade Range. The original Pommard clone Pinot Noir was planted in 1978, and makes for pretty, floral wines with a deep, savory base. Five Mountain is home to winemaker Adam Campbell.

TASTING NOTES
Fruity and savory wafts of raspberry, quince paste, and kombu introduce this intriguing, juicy wine. Fine tannins lend structure to its wild blueberry, cherry pie, and thyme, leading to a sappy finish of pine-resin and white pepper.

MOUNT RICHMOND BRUT
Our Mount Richmond Brut is cool-fermented in neutral French oak puncheons using a traditional Champagne yeast. We put 40% of this wine through malolactic fermentation to lessen acidity and lend a creamy texture to the wine.

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
TASTING NOTES
With tiny, assertive bubbles and yellow apple, citrus-peel and pie crust on the nose, this finely integrated sparkling opens with Meyer lemon and apple cider leading into a slight river gravel texture with notes of shaved fennel and peppercorn on the finish.



LA BOHÈME BRUT ROSÉ
Our La Bohème Brut Rosé is a traditional method sparkling wine fermented in steel tanks to retain its fruit-forward aromatics. At 800 feet elevation, La Bohème Vineyard experiences the slow ripening ideal for intensity of fruit in Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTES
Rose gold in color with aromas of strawberries and cream, peach pit and crusty bread, the fine, persistent bubbles complement juicy pink lady apple and subtle notes of rhubarb pie and candied orange peel.



GOODRICH BLANC DE BLANCS
Our Goodrich Blanc de Blancs is cool-fermented in steel tanks using a traditional Champagne yeast to retain the bright freshness of a traditional Blanc de Blancs.

TASTING NOTES
Opening with white flowers, quince paste and fresh-baked croissant, this wine’s creamy bubbles and intense lemon-curd flavors are layered with notes of underripe apricot, lemon thyme and a light ocean spray salinity.
