Adam Campbell,
Winemaker/Owner

Winemaker Adam Godlee Campbell joined forces with his parents at Elk Cove in 1995.  Adam studied political science at Lewis & Clark College while working summers at the winery.  When not doing blending trials or collaborating with other second generation winemakers, Adam can be seen tromping through the vineyards or playing ping-pong with his wife Carrie and their three kids, Georgia, Silas and Francis.

Molly fulfilled a longtime dream of working a wine harvest by joining the 2020 Harvest Intern team at Elk Cove and later rejoined the Elk Cove team in the spring of 2022. Originally born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Molly moved north to attend the University of Oregon for her International Studies degree, studied abroad in Spain, and spent four seasons in Alaska’s backcountry, guiding rafting and hiking trips and even obtaining a Coast Guard license to operate small vessels. Molly loves chatting over charcuterie, eating gourmet sandwiches on hard hikes, and prefers the ocean but is learning to love lakes.

Andrew Scarlata,
Cellar Hand

Andrew joined Elk Cove for the 2022 harvest and soon after joined the production team full-time. At 15, Andrew began his first job at a local wine store in his home state of Connecticut. His time there sparked an interest in viticulture and winemaking which led him to a position on a vineyard in Virginia working with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Riesling, familiar favorites in the Willamette Valley. Outside of work, Andrew loves discovering new hikes, birding, and baking for the hungry production crew.
