Get ready for Elk Cove’s biggest bash of the year! Some of you might remember Hog Wild back in 2013. It took us a while to recover, but we just couldn’t resist doing it again bringing back Hog Wild and making it better than ever!
Memphis Chefs Craig Blondis of Central BBQ and Ryan Trimm of Sweetgrass will be joining forces with our good friends, Ethan and Tobias of EAT: An Oyster Bar to provide you an outstanding feast of ribs, whole hog, homemade potato chips, southern sides and oysters.
The Elk Cove Rosé just sold out, but for this event only, we’ll have a special release of our 2017 Hog Wild Rosé and this is your only chance to buy it! At the Big Bottle Bar you’ll find large formats from the Elk Cove library. Our Sister Winery Pike Road will also have a booth and winemaker Adam Campbell might even make a special guest appearance in the Rosé Dunk Tank!
It’s going to be delicious.
