While tasting, explore sensory exhibits to deepen your understanding of what makes Chardonnay, well, Chardonnay. The Allison’s culinary team, including executive chef Jack Strong, alongside featured guest chefs will prepare Chardonnay-friendly savory bites created from local ingredients to enhance your tasting experience.
