Join us for an unforgettable evening at our Winery Estate, where you’ll enjoy a seven-course family-style dinner expertly prepared by Field & Vine chefs using ingredients sourced straight from the host and surrounding farms. Casual attire recommended.
Elk Cove will feature a flight of three vintage sparkling wines highlighting our 100% estate vineyards, plus two corresponding single-vineyard Chardonnays. This flight will be paired with a cheese plate from Cowbell Cheese in Portland. This experience is available by reservation Friday-Sunday during February only.

Visit the Elk Cove tasting room Valentine’s Weekend for a first taste of the 2025 vintage! We’ll be pouring our freshly bottled 100% Pinot Noir Rosé, our 2020 La Bohème Brut Rosé, a couple of our Single Vineyard Pinot Noirs, and our Ultima dessert wine to celebrate the weekend of love.
In honor of International Riesling Day on 3/13, we're celebrating all things Riesling! Join us for a flight highlighting our exceptional Estate Riesling, offered in a dry, medium-sweet, and dessert style. Compare older to newer vintages of our dry Riesling, and be on the lookout for a bonus magnum pour! Seated tastings offered Friday through Sunday, 3/13-3/15 by reservation.
For April 11-12, "dive" into our new spring cheese board with some brand new flights with built-in side-by-side tastings for the first time in the Tasting Room. Our resident cheese monger, Adam Foster, has curated some cheeses from near and far: fresh spring milk from Petaluma, an "OG" cheddar of 1540, and a very special "pfefferkasse" from a highly regarded Michelin-Two Star restaurant in Germany. These cheeses are bound to please even the most discerning "curdhound". Don't miss it! Reservations not required, but HIGHLY recommended!
