1999 Pinot Noir Reserve
The 1999 Pinot Noir Reserve may be the finest Pinot Noir ever produced at Elk Cove Vineyards. A blend of 75% La Boheme and 25% Roosevelt vineyards, this 4 barrel lot was crafted to highlight the deep, intense fruit of La Boheme complemented with the spice and complexity of Roosevelt. The deep ruby color and concentrated rich ripe black cherry flavors are evidence of the tiny berries and low yields from these premier vineyards.
