Membership
The Roosevelt Club is the Elk Cove wine club! As a member of the Roosevelt Club, you will have access to our best pricing on wines, complimentary flights, exclusive events, and more. We have 4 options to choose from: Enthusiast, Collectors, Sparkling, and Classic. Learn more about each club option here.
We have options for you. Our Collectors Club is 100% Pinot Noir and includes new releases and library wines. Want more variety? Our Enthusiast Club is fully customizable so you will be able to choose exactly what you want at every release. Changes must be completed by the customer for each club release.
You can make changes by logging into the account linked to your club membership. To log in, you must first click “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of this website.
To customize or add wines to your release, navigate to “Club List.”
To update your login information and/or billing address, go to “Edit Profile.”
To add/remove your credit card, go to “Credit Cards.” Please ensure that your preferred card is set as “Primary” and updated in your club membership as well. Press “Submit.”
To add or edit your shipping information, go to “Address Book.” Please ensure that your preferred shipping address is set as “Primary” and updated in your club membership as well. Press “Submit.”
To see your past orders and their status, go to “Order History.”
We allow a membership hold of up to one year. At the time the hold is requested, you must choose a date to reinstate your membership. If no definite end date is provided, we will cancel your membership. It’s always easy to rejoin when you’re ready!
Elk Cove Vineyards requests a two-release minimum commitment to join our wine club. Please submit your cancellation to us at wineclub@elkcove.com, or call or text us at 503-985-7760. If your membership is canceled prior to receiving two allocations, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations must be received prior to the season’s wine club processing date. We are unable to refund a release once it is charged.
Club Release/Shipment
You will get the most recent release (ex. if signed up between April-July, you’ll get the Spring release). The club release is charged automatically. If you are within 1 month away from the next release, we will email to ask for preference. You must take your first release to be a current club member. Check out our current releases here.
Enthusiast Club and Sparkling Club members can customize their releases! For Enthusiast, we ask that the updated release stays at approximately $250 for 6-bottle club members or $450 for 12-bottle club members. Sparkling Club members will get to select any of our Sparkling wines. Collectors Club, Classic Club, Magnum add-on, and Bubbly add-on are non-customizable. View all membership levels here.
We ask that you pick up your order within 90 days. After that point, we will ship to you at your expense. Inventory is limited, so after 90 days, your club release is subject to substitutions in equal value.
Email us at wineclub@elkcove.com, or call or text us at 503-985-7760. Members are allowed one skipped shipment per the lifetime of the membership. Requests to skip must be received prior to the season’s wine club processing date. We are unable to refund a release once it is charged.
We need all orders and changes in before we process your club release. Specific dates will be communicated via club information email. For shipping members, we use a shipping warehouse to ship your wine. Once the order is processed and packed, all changes have to be made with the carrier service and incur a fee.
Club Discounts
1-11 bottles = 15%, 12+ bottles = 25%

Sometimes our coupons have glitches…*sigh* With amazing club discounts, our system sometimes has issues with combining coupons. If you are having any trouble, please get in touch by emailing wineclub@elkcove.com or calling or texting us at 503-985-7760. We are very happy to help complete your order. Some shipping coupons won’t be applied until the very last step in the check-out process (the review screen).
Purchasing & Shipping
We ship to most states, excluding MS & UT. Orders to AR, DE, HI, IN, LA, NJ, RI, and WV cannot be completed on our website. Email wineclub@elkcove.com to complete your order. For additional information, visit our About Shipping Wines page.
Collectors Club and Enthusiast Club shipments are $50 to ship. Shipping deals don’t apply.
We ship in April and October due to weather restrictions across the country. Specific dates will be communicated via club information email in March and September. Any requests to change ship dates or addresses must be received prior to the season’s wine club processing date. Once your order is processed, changes will incur a fee.
UPS is our primary carrier. We can ship via FedEx upon request. An adult signature from someone 21 or older is required during delivery. The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Elk Cove. We recommend shipping to a business address. For additional information, visit our About Shipping Wines page.
Our Collectors Club members always get complimentary ground shipping on all orders. Are you interested in upgrading? Email wineclub@elkcove.com. We run shipping specials throughout the year so make sure you are signed up for our mailing list to learn about what special we are running.
