We’re teaming up with Lucky Strike and Hama Hama Oysters for a delicious celebration of spring cuisine both cold and hot. For years, Rita You’s incredible szechuan has been a hit at our annual trade event, Riesling Revival. This year we’re finally sharing these brilliant flavors with you. We’ll be featuring Elk Cove Rieslings young and old, dry and sweet and also featuring a cool down of Hama Hama’s impeccably shucked oysters – and Elk Cove Ultima for dessert.
