2002 Pinot Gris
The 2002 Pinot Gris is Elk Cove’s first release of the anticipated 2002 vintage! It shows beautiful perfumed notes of citrus, grapefruit and a touch of minerality on the nose. A rich opulence of soft white peaches lingers on the palate and then finishes with a distinct raciness. All this makes for a superb food wine with a variety of pairings from Salmon and main-course salads to Asian and Thai influenced dishes.
